RapidRehab
Monitored progressive exercises for people rehabilitating from injury
- Must have medical clearance
- Head instructor is a Registered Nurse
- Class sizes kept to a minimum

Circuit
Strength and cardiovascular training using hydraulic equipment.
- No coordination required
- Any one can do a Circuit
- Work at your own pace

45min Circuit

Mainly outdoor boxing and cardio
- Work at own pace or let us push you further
- Bring a friend or we will partner you with one on the day

Get in, get out, you’re done!
- Great timer saver
- Work all body parts with minimal fuss
- Simple, quick and effective lunchtime workout

Team Circuit*
Great alternate to regular team training – upper and lower body training with the use of strength and cardio stations
- At least1 weeks notice is essential
